Exhibitor/Vendor Registration Highlights
Festival Date: Saturday, August 15, 2020
Festival Time: 11:00 am – 8:00 pm
Exhibitor/Vendor Sites:
Exhibitor/ vendor sites will located on both sides of Clarissa Street, between Troup St. and Edinburgh St. Sites will be assigned in the “postmark date” order which the completed applications and required payment are received.
Setup:
At 11:00 am Clarissa St. will be closed between Troup St. and Edinburgh St. for the reunion activities.
Exhibitor/Vendor Equipment:
Exhibitors and vendors must bring all needed equipment including tents, tables, chairs and
extension cords (220 wiring) if electricity is required.
Food Service Permits:
Food vendors are required to obtain a temporary food service permit from the Monroe County
Department of Health.
Registration Fees:
Registration fees dependent upon the following postmark dates the applications are received:

Festival Close:
All exhibitor and vendor activities will be required to close down at 8:00 pm.
Registration Extension & Fees
Registrations will be accepted through Thursday, August 9th as long as vendor and exhibitor sites are available. With the change, Standard fees for each category of registration will apply; no late fees will be charged.

McDowell Main Stage (Jazz): Clarissa St. & Adams St.
Gospel Stage: MOBC parking lot
R&B Stage: Clarissa St. & Edinburgh St.
Youth & Teen Stage: MOBC parking lot

- Early Bird: Prior to and including May 1, 2020
- Standard: May 1 – May 31, 2020
- Final: On and after June 1, 2020
